Registration

Please register for the EMEA & USA Kick-Off via the registration form on this website. Make sure you register on time. Registration for the EMEA & USA Kick-Off is open until November 24, 2025.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your registration until November 24, 2025. After November 24, 100% cancellation fees applies. In case of cancellation pleace notice the organisation in writing by sending an email to: cindy@myles.nl.

Insurance

Please check with your department if a business insurance is covered. Otherwise, you are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance. Please note: this insurance must include business coverage.

Expenses during the event

Hotel, official program, food and beverage costs during the program are covered by the Menicon offices, with the following exceptions:

- Food & drinks after closing of official program, as well as drinks from minibar in your room.

- Activities and transfers booked outside the official program.

- Phone calls made with the hotel phone from your room.
